The following week, several changes have been made to the IND forms.

• [7627_EN] Appendix Declaration on means requirement: The processing of personal data has been simplified and a link to the IND website has been added.
• [7621_EN] Appendix Authorisation and sponsorship declaration: The processing of personal data has been changed and the author has been changed to "IND".
• [7619_EN] Appendix Submitting and paying for the application by the foreign national: The processing of personal data has been simplified and a link to the IND website has been added.
• [7604_EN] Appendix TB test referral form: The processing of personal data has been changed and a link to the IND website has been added.
